Fender Stratocaster Crafted in Japan 1997

For sale: this beautiful, nearly 30-year-old Stratocaster. It's a Crafted in Japan Stratocaster, specifically a 60s Reissue. A great-playing, great-sounding instrument.

The neck is comfortable, and it's beautifully set up for .010 gauge strings. Pickups are original. The previous owner added a push-pull pot on the volume, which puts the bridge pickup into series. Fresh Ernie Ball .010 strings just installed.

I've barely played it myself — in the year and a half I've owned it, I've picked it up pretty rarely. I'll throw in a Fender gig bag with it.

The price is just a starting point — I'm open to negotiating. Reason for selling: over the past year I've been playing bass more, so I'm cutting down on instruments that just sit collecting dust.
